After over half a century as one of the UK’s leading importers of American replacement and performance car parts, we launched our first foray into the world of direct eCommerce just over a year ago. In 2021, we took our first tentative steps by launching Woolfe.uk exclusively to UK customers. Today we’re pleased to announce that we’re expanding availability to customers in the EU and EEA.

Every year we serve customers across Europe with a wide selection of parts exported via our marketplace partners. From today, our EU customers will be able to benefit from our best direct prices in the most significant expansion to our website since launch. Additionally, we’re also working hard to make our entire catalogue of some 14,000+ parts available instantly, online, 24 hours a day.

It’s worth mentioning that some of our products will remain UK only, such as VHT paint and other hazardous substances. Unfortunately, EU rules and contractual obligations prohibit us from exporting these items.

The changes to our website don’t stop there as we’re now offering a live chat option for quick assistance. We’re hoping this service will prove invaluable to getting you the right part for your vehicle as well as provide extra support options for managing your existing orders. Live chat is available from 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday as well as limited service available outside of hours.

Finally, after two years of covid we’re welcoming customers back on site for over-the-counter sales as well as click + collect pickups. Swing by our Bedford location for assistance getting the part you need from our helpful and knowledgeable staff.
