1. Abuse

Use of this website is subject to personal or individual professional usage. You may not use this website for the purposes of scrapping information to be used in a third party service without prior permission. You may not copy or download any of the material including but not limited to images. price information or product information without the express prior permission of John Woolfe Racing Ltd or an authorised representative.  You may access this site via your personal home or business network only. Any automated attempts to access this website via unauthorised networks may result in automatic revocation of your ability to access the site.

3. Managing your Account

When you checkout at Woolfe.uk you are offered the opportunity to create an account to make future ordering easier. If you elect to do so you are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date. All future orders will be fulfilled using the information you give us, unless you instruct us otherwise. John Woolfe Racing Ltd may not be held liable for misplace or undelivered orders where you have failed to update us with the correct information.

4. Orders on Hold

Occasionally we may place an order on hold pending an application check. In such an event we will contact you by email and/or telephone shortly after receiving your order to ensure the correct application for your needs. Therefore, we require that before placing any order on our website you ensure that your personal information is complete and up to date, regardless of your account holder status.

5. Cancellations & Returns

5(a) Your right to cancel

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days from the point of delivery to contact us to arrange a return. You can call us on (+44) 01234 220 700 or email [email protected] to organise this. If you are returning your item due to change of mind, you must ensure that the item is in a resalable condition which includes being in original packaging with unbroken seals where applicable. You will be liable for any and all costs of return postage and will be refunded as soon as we receive your item back.

5 (b) Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our website if:

  • We have reasonable cause to believe the order was placed fraudulently
  • We are unable to process your order due to factors outside of our control
  • An order has not been paid for after a period of 14 days
  • If the account holder owes outstanding funds to the company
  • You have ordered restricted goods for delivery outside of the UK
  • We have been instructed by law enforcement not to fulfil an order

5(c) Refunds on orders cancelled by us

In the event we have to cancel your order we will endeavour to provide you with a full and prompt refund as soon as possible. The only exception to this policy is where we have been instructed by law enforcement or a court in England or Wales, not to do so.

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you are returning your item because it has arrived damaged, faulty or is not the correct item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible on (+44) 01234 220 700 or [email protected] and we will arrange a return and refund. If we ask you to return the faulty, damaged or incorrect item your refund will be processed upon receipt. A restocking fee is not applicable to damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

7. Governing Law

All usage of our site, contents and all related services and operations is subject the laws of England. For customers outside of England, including other parts of the UK, English law will take precedent where there is a conflict with local laws.

8. Special Orders

This section outlines terms specific to special order items (parts that we do not usually stock and that are ordered to demand).

All special order items are non-returnable or refundable unless the item is faulty. By placing an order and making payment via our payment link system, you agree that the item ordered is suitable for your application. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the correct item. John Woolfe Racing Ltd takes no responsibility for parts ordered in error and will not accept returns or refunds on these items.

You must confirm, in writing and prior to placing an order and making payment, the part you wish us to order on your behalf.

If the item you have ordered is faulty or damaged then our standard refund policy applies.
