Website stock figures and information is updated in real-time and reflects the stock available in our warehouse in Bedford, England. Whilst it is inevitable that on occasion human error may result in incorrect values, we endeavour to make sure the stock amounts shown to you on our website are accurate and reflect our warehouse stock. All of the parts advertised on our website are held here in the U.K.
Free Next Working Day Delivery
To qualify for free next working day delivery:
Your shipping address must be in:
a.) Mainland England or Wales
b.) The Scottish Lowlands
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man are excluded.
For the purposes of shipping, Jersey and Guernsey are not part of our UK zone.
You must place your order before 3pm, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, however we do offer a weekend delivery option at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders placed between 3pm Friday and 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Free delivery is not available to any non-UK locations.
Click + Collect
If you need something faster than we can ship it to you, you’re welcome to visit our warehouse and pick up in person. Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. We can usually accommodate out-of-hours requests but you’ll need to make sure you arrange this with us first. Please note that we do not hold stock that has not been paid for so ensure that the part you want is available, we’d recommend that you complete your purchase online before visiting us.
Highlands, Islands, Offshore and Northern Ireland
Royal Mail delivery is available free of charge on a wide range of items on our website to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
Delivery by courier (mandatory for high value items or hazardous substances such as paint) will incur a surcharge of £19.95. Unfortunately, as this is the charge imposed by our service provider, we are unable to waive or reduce this fee. Customers in the mentioned locations are welcome to arrange their own pick-up either in person from our Bedford warehouse or by arranging their own provider to pick up from us.

Channel Islands Delivery
Shipping to the Channel Islands is available via Woolfe.uk. As the Islands are outside of the UK customs zone you may be asked to pay duty upon arrival. Duty and import costs are the customers responsibility. John Woolfe Racing will accept no liability for any fees imposed by the Governments of Jersey or Guernsey.
We do not ship VHT paint or any other chemical product to the Channel Islands.
European Union
We now ship to all EU countries. We cannot guarantee any time estimates on deliveries outside of the UK. Customers are responsible for any and all duties levied in the EU. John Woolfe Racing accepts no liability for customs fees applied by any government of an EU or EEA member state.
We do not ship VHT paint or any other chemical product to the EU.
Shipping outside of the UK & European Union / EEA
If you’d like to purchase an item for shipping outside of the UK & EU/EEA, in most cases we can facilitate this, however you won’t be able to buy direct from our website. Please use the contact form located here and a member of our team will be able to assist you further. Please be advised that we do not ship paint or liquids outside of the UK. Additionally we do not ship to any countries that are currently under US, UK or EU sanctions. You are responsible for paying any taxes and fees levied by your government and are also responsible for ensuring that any imports are legal in your country. John Woolfe Racing will accept no liability for duty liabilities or any legal responsibility for ensuring items we supply are compliant with local laws in your region.
