Mounts Holley 2300 Series Carb to Small Rochester 2 Barrel Intake.
Can also be inverted to mount Small Rochester Carb to Manifold with Holley 2300 Series Bolt Pattern.

Adapts Holley 2300 2-barrel bolt pattern of 5.160 inch x 3.460 inch to small Rochester 2-barrel bolt pattern of 3-1/4 inch x 1-7/8 inch.
