Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived yet, the first step is to check the tracking information. You’ll find this in the email we sent you confirming your order was completed. You’ll also find tracking for all your orders in your account, if you have one, under “Orders”.
No Email or Account?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on weekdays only, excluding bank and national holidays. If you’ve placed an order over a weekend please note this won’t leave our warehouse until the next weekday afternoon. If that time has passed and you still haven’t received confirmation please contact our team using the form at the bottom of the page.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note the following timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees of service. Applicable only to orders placed on Woolfe.uk. Orders placed by telephone or via our marketplace partners may experience longer shipping times.
Mainland England & Wales: Next working day
Scottish Lowlands: Next working day
Scottish Highlands, Offshore & Crown Dependencies: 2- 3 working days
International: Up to 14 days, usually faster if you are in North/Western Europe.
Returns
You can return an order within 14 days for any reason. Returns are at your own cost unless the product is damaged, faulty or we have sent you an item you did not order.
Please note, returns made after 14 days are made at our discretion where the item is not damaged, faulty or supplied in error.
For all returns please fill in the form below so we know to expect the item back otherwise processing your refund will be delayed.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return (if we’ve asked you to send it back). Refunds may take several days to clear to your payment method, however you will receive an email as soon as we’ve processed it.
Please note, we reserve the right to deduct a fee for any returns made where the item is not in a saleable condition, where the item is not already faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
