Payment Services
When you make a payment on Woolfe.uk your card information is handled by Square and is subject to their privacy and anti-fraud policies. If you choose to save a payment method for future use, we convert your card number into a unique token and store this on our servers instead of the actual card number. In the unlikely event of a security breach this means your card information will remain safe.
Our staff have no access to your card information and are unable to update this information for you.
You can choose to remove any saved payment methods at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Payment Methods” and selecting “remove” next to the payment card you wish to delete.
Fraud Prevention
For the purposes of fraud prevention, our payment provider may record information such as your IP address and other identifying information about your device. In the event of fraudulent activity on your account we may be required to share you information with law enforcement agencies.
